Exchanges + Returns
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are unhappy with your order, we certainly will accept returns or exchanges if item is unworn and in good condition within 30 days. We are a small business and really appreciate you contacting us within a few days of you receiving your order if you need an exchange or return. PLEASE READ BELOW!!
*Holiday Extension* We extended our normal policy to 30 days as well any returns that fall outside the 30 day window through January 10th for store-credit only. (Example, if you purchased Nov 15th and return January 2, that will be issued store credit. If returned before Dec 15th, a regular refund will be issued).

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES due to sizing issues or non-defective issues are to be paid by the customer. Invoice for return shipping (varies €5-€8) will be sent for items being returned/exchanged via shipping (unless you drop off at our 37000 Tours shoppe at 4 Rue Eugène Durand 37000 Tours). If the issue was our fault or there was a defective item we will happily return/exchange free of charge.

EXCHANGES: An additional shipping fee will be included if a new item is being sent out for an exchange at the weight of garment (varies €5-€8). Please fill out the quick form below and we will be in touch to process!
RETURNS: If you are doing a full refund, the refund will include only the amount of the items purchased (not the shipping originally paid). You can fill out the quick form below OR you can ship the item back yourself or drop off the item on our porch with a note stating your name/order # and that you want a refund.
Where should you send your return?
You will receive a return label via e-mail to be shipped to 4 Rue Eugène Durand 37000 Tours, France, (+33) 644638239 , or you can physically drop off at our location (we have bins on the porch!)
